HOW DO I PLACE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE?

Transformations Wellness accepts returns and exchanges for most items purchased directly through Transformations-Wellness.com. All requests for returns and exchanges for products purchased at an authorized Transformations Wellness partner should be directed to the retail location where the products were originally purchased.

Requests for returns for damages or errors made in shipping or incorrect products must be obtained by contacting our Customer Care department at [email protected] within 48 hours of receipt of shipment to obtain a return management authorization (RMA).

All return requests for reasons not listed above, must be made within 14 days of receiving your product.

All shipping costs and charges associated with an approved RMA are the customer’s responsibility. Shipping and handling is not refunded nor will a credit be issued.All returns must be sent to the attention of the RMA Department, with the RMA number written on the outside of the box and mailed to:
